I sold a Domain at 400$ I bought for 10$!
Yes, that’s right. I’m delighted since it was my first time to achieve that. Before, I sold two domains for 100$ each on separate occasions. So my dream of earning more than a hundred is now fulfilled. Next target is more than a thousand dollar domain. God will help me achieve that, yohoo! Hehe.
The domain is a name of a school. There are two existing schools with the same name in China and Belgium. The name gets 30 to 60 visits a day. It earned me 10 to 15 dollars a month. It had been with me for three months, totally i earned about 30$. So in total i earned 430$ through that domain.
I got the domain at Snapnames. Snapnames is an auction site about expiring domain names. A more detailed statement i grabbed from their website:
Snapnames was formed in 2000 to provide the first commercially available technology for “back-ordering” a currently registered domain name. This pioneering service helped customers gain access to domain names that were thought to be forever out of reach. In reality, most domain names cycle back into the market at some point in time, though without specialized help, most people are unable to find or buy them.
